Everything that we’ve been working on in previous episode
begins to come together for Amy in her first run. Her ability to let her performance
“happen” is starting to open her expressive range and there’s a greater sense
of spontaneity to her performance.
I introduce the idea of “hearing” what she is saying.
Hearing the sound of one’s own voice is an important stimulus for both the actor
and viewer and an important part of serving the needs of the script.
